Elizabeth king

Founder

Elizabeth has spent nearly 30 years alongside executives at the most consequential moments of their careers where the stakes are high and the path is not yet clear. What she has learned is that the leaders who navigate those moments well are not only strategically sharp. They know themselves, they lead from purpose, and their decisions come from grounded confidence. She builds trust quickly and protects it fiercely, challenges thinking directly because she cares where a leader is headed, and brings real humor and warmth because leadership at this level should energize rather than drain. She makes high-stakes conversations feel less heavy without making them less honest and asks the questions no one else has asked, then builds the safety a leader needs to answer them.

She founded Panthera to hold both the business complexity and the human realities of leadership in the same conversation because that is where real breakthroughs happen. The work is grounded in executive coaching. She works to create space to see clearly, examine the beliefs that shape behavior, and lead with intention. Elizabeth then integrates strategic counsel when the moment calls for it.

enterprise Track Record

Most recently, as General Partner and Chief Learning Officer at Edward Jones, Elizabeth led the first redesign of the enterprise operating model in the firm's 100-year history, modernizing a system serving 8 million clients through 15,000 branches with $1.7 trillion in assets under care, and equipping 54,000 associates to thrive in an AI-powered, automation-enabled world.

As Senior Vice President of Enterprise Learning and Talent Management at Charles Schwab, she built integration capabilities in preparation for the $26 billion TD Ameritrade acquisition and directed the HR integration for the $1.8 billion USAA Investment Management acquisition, while conducting C-suite assessments to inform CEO succession.

Over eight years at Cisco, she coached the head of Worldwide Sales through the transition to CEO, strengthened the enterprise succession process to enhance rigor and generate more opportunities to assess high-potential talent, and led an executive development program that generated $1 billion in revenue. Earlier roles at Fiserv, First Data, Bowne, and Goldman Sachs round out a career built at the intersection of strategy, talent, and transformation.

Across that work runs a consistent thread. The leaders she coached have gone on to become CEOs, operating models she redesigned unlocked multi-billion-dollar growth, and leadership programs she built generated over $1 billion in value. These results are not driven from a playbook, but from the clarity, confidence, and self-knowledge that great leadership requires.

The Whole Person Toolkit

Elizabeth has devoted time to traditions of healing and human wisdom, building a unique toolkit that allows her to address the subconscious patterns and limiting beliefs through her hypnotherapy practice, nervous system regulation and embodied presence through yoga and somatic work, and sustainable practices she builds with leaders as a Functional Medicine Health Coach, and energy attunement as a Karuna Reiki Master. She is currently studying with Peruvian paqos,Andean Q'ero healers and elders, to develop her own capabilities in a lineage that lives in service to others.

Exploring these practices has given her a deeper understanding of what makes us uniquely human and how those lessons shape and benefit leaders.
